Version for 2.1(.125) ready

I expect it to work with newer 2.1-kernels as well. I have no doubt about the code itself, only the patch might need some manual work.

ipnatadm compiles with glibc2

I used RedHat 5.1. Old libc5-systems won't work. This ipnatadm can be used with the 2.0-patches, no changes have been made, so some problems of posters should be solved!

Attention:

I was unable to do ANY NAT testing. All I could do was see if everything compiled fine and if the rules could be inserted and the like. I could not test the functionality of NAT itself, I didn't (and still don't) have the necessary equipment, all I have is a notebook.
