I admit I completely misunderstood the original question. That was because I had much greater problems with the transition to glibc-2 headers, so I overlooked the simplicity of that problem, but fortunately others already answered, Thanks.

However, I've created an updated version of ipnatadm that compiles under RedHat 5.0. The archive also contains a binary, which of course can only be run on glibc-2 (libc-6 on Linux) systems. Download
