Question: NAT and masquerading

Is it possible to use NAT *along with* the ipmasquerade function of ipfwadm? I would like to masquerade a small network connected by ppp, BUT I would like to allow one machine to receive incoming email.

I know incoming connections go against the theory of masquerading, so I'm wondering if it's possible to use a combination.
