I'm using the NAT for 2.0.33 and I have this problem. The computer crash every 3 minutes. I remember then that I had the same problem some time ago, when I begin using Linux and masquerading. The solution for my problem (it's the same I used with masquerading) is to change the IRQ from my NE2000 compatible from 5 to 7! The problem disappear. Note that with masquerading I'm using a 3com as my network card. It seems to be a problem with IRQ 5 and Linux 2.0.
