I never used "Set Version Information on all Modules" (CONFIG_MODVERSIONS), so maybe I forgot something to support this. I won't add it now because I'm working on a 2.1 version. If someone can solve this problem (i.e. in a way that CONFIG_MODVERSIONS can be used) I'll include the patch, if not, it's not very important IMHO so I won't spend time on it.
