My Cars

So far I had: Chevrolet Lumina, Chevrolet Corsica, Dodge Intrepid, Buick Regal

I had a Dodge Intrepid for 3 months. Huge car and drives just great. I didn't like the seats, though. car-intrepid-1.jpg (48507 bytes)    car-intrepid-2.jpg (41831 bytes)
My 195HP, 3.8L V6, Buick Regal. Finally a car with enough power. car-regal.jpg (21309 bytes)
My 500$ bike. Total overkill, I only use it to get to work (sometimes). The frame is aluminium, very light. bike.jpg (76536 bytes)

For the rest of the Oracle assignment I had an Oldsmobile Achieva, 6 cylinder version. This is the smallest of all the cars I tried and I like it the most. The quality is much better than that of the other ones (which was remarkably bad), and I also find the seats much better, which is the main reason why I'll keep this car, no more exchanges, enough of experiments. I accidently grabbed the 6cyl version, I had a 4cyl first and was very pleased with it's performance, after using the 6 cylinder engine for some time I think the smaller one might even be sportier because the transmission shifts gears a lot earlier than with the bigger motor. However, as I've said, no more exchanges... (The 6 cylinder version is better for loooong cruises, though, because the rpm for a given (highway cruise) speed are even lower (remarkably low, less than 2000rpm for all speeds up to 70+ mph). (Exterior, Interior; pictures are from other sources)

Update: after returning from my Germany vacation for the PeopleSoft job I got a Chevy Lumina.
