I have solution where i allow access to an internal server on http without using the arp patch.

Using bills example

ipnatadm -O -i -P tcp -S 192.168.200.17/32 -M 206.229.31.17/32 -W eth0

ipnatadm -I -i -P tcp -D 206.229.31.17/32 80 -N 192.168.200.17/32 -W eth0

it works like it should without any problem so far

Rolf
